I have been duck hunting for 2 yrs and i am using a double reed duck commander call. i am lookin to get a new call but i am not sure if i want to get a single or double reed call. I have had a hard time trying to find a new duck call because every call i look at says that they are the best sounding call on the market. what call should i get?

If you have learned with a double reed let me put it to u this way so u can decide for yourself. If you decide to go with a single reed you are going to have to learn a whole new style of duck calling. Basically it would be like learning to call again. Take a single reed and blow it like you normally blow a double reed and it will come to you what I mean. I suggest you try commanders brown sugar for in close soft calling and haydels DR-85 for louder high pitched far off calling.
