Anyone got this stuff? I am interested in the windkill jacket, says it like a 3-layer material and so on. Just wondering how it was on quality, warmth, and waterproofness. And how it compares to other companies pullovers and jackets. Thanks
The windkill is great. I use it dang near every time I go out. It is not waterproof in the least but does keep the wind out fairly well and is really warm. I would suggest trying it on though as I had to go up an entire size to get it to fit my shoulders, and if I had to do it again probably would go up 2 sizes.
I never used it, so my opinion doesn't have much credibility. I see Browning Dirty Bird line overpriced and insufficient. There are other clothing companies making similar or a little better clothing/outerwear for less money.
I own several pieces of browning clothing and have been very happy with them. In my opinion they run a little big so take that into consideration if ordering online.
Had a pair of their "insulated" gloves last season.....seemed to be made well from whatever SE Asia cheap labor country they came from , BUT, they didn't keep my hands warm,,, sent back for refunded purchase cost.
