What do you think about this haybail blind?

It all depends on placement really. We set one up in a winter wheat field with lots of cattle. We put it on the bank of the pond. Didn't work for us(keep in mind it was also a bluebird day). We set one up another time in a bean field in an irragation ditch and through out all the shells and we killed all the ducks we saw(thick fog and overcast.) It was set up on the field backing up to the only waterhole that wasn't frozen. Those were on late season birds too. Your best bet is to find where a row of haybales are in a field or set it up next to one where the cows go and throw some decoys out. It seems like if it's a bluebird day, they stick out like a sore thumb. But they are comfortable( and a pain to get in and out of with waders.)
