Looking for a new used Remington to replace my old 1100. I love these older guns and came across a new/ used unfired 90's version 1187 premier and he's asking $500. The seller's post is below. Is this year 11-87 worth his asking price? Thanks
This is an 80's/90's Premier in great shape....gloss blue metal with satin finished furniture...scratch on buttstock shown in pics.....comes with all hang tags, box, choke tubes & wrench, and all paperwork.....you will not be disappointed. $500.....this gun belonged to my uncle who never fired it....Thanks.....Kevin
All the newer ones are garbage. They are cheaply made and parts are poor quality. Ill never own a new Remington but the old ones are American workhorses. Ever since Remington sold out their quality has tanked. Early 1187's are as good as it gets. I'm sure it will give you years of service.
