Can you mix your diver decoys ? We've got alot of different kinds of divers around but i never see them raft together. I have 18 bluebills 6 to a gangline, and 6 canvasbacks on a line.

Yes,

I mix in 6 dozen Bluebills with 2 dozen Canvasbacks when I diver hunt. I dont use gang rigs because where I hunt them is shallow (3 feet). I have had EXCELLENT luck this year.

In my opinion it looks great and I have had great success mixing them up here in north Texas on reserviors.

Hope this helps

Mix them up it looks more natural. I have Cans, Bluebills and Ringbills on my ganglines and singles. I also have 2 to 3 Drakes to every Hen again looks more natural. Some guys like a darker looking spread by using more hens. I love it when they set up next to me I'll shut them down every time. Good luck Bro

On my J hook I set 4 doz singles. That makes up the bottom haft of my J hook,, that creates my pocket. Those 4 doz are made up from G& H to Carry lights all painted the same. The top haft is made up of Hurters 72s. They're on gang lines, I put out 1 - 4 gang lines depending on the situation, again painted the same as my singles. My 72s are made up of Cans, Bluebills. I place more Cans on outside to flash more white Why 72s? Thy ride higher on the water their easer to see.
