OK I am going to try again. Thanks for earlier responses.
I was hoping for a lead on a profesional nearby (because I am dumber than my dog) but I will continue on my own in the mean time. Just wondering if anyone would want to get together and run some drills on the dogs. There are some that it would be best to have some help with. I live in Chesapeake. PM or post back if you are up for it.
Drills-
What mistakes do you believe you are making, and what drills do you have in mind, and for what?
In other words-
What are the problems you're having?
Include some training history/pups' age, etc.,.
There's a new AKC/UKC club starting in your area and they are having a training day -Sunday in Emporia, would be a good way to meet some people and get some help. Call Will if you're interested in coming 804-389-0938
If you'd like to meet up to do some training I can help you out. I am by no means a professional but I trained my Chessie in my own and I'd pit her up against any other professionally trained meat dog any day. I have some training programs to help you out if you want them. Shoot me a pm and we can discuss further. I live on the va beach Chesapeake border
For some reason I don't see a PM button for you on my screen. PM me back.
Thanks,
