Cut your breast meat into 1/2 to 3/4 in strips. On teal sized breast just use it whole. Marinate in Montreal seasoning covered all sides but be careful not to over season or it will be too salty. Add small 50/50 mix of soy sauce and worcestershire sauce. You can marinate overnight. Wrap your strips in maple smoked bacon and for non-duck eaters you can slip some cream cheese under the bacon as we'll. I've also used strawberry cream cheese and it adds sweetness. I usually use toothpicks to hold the bacon on and BBQ on medium high grill until medium rare to medium. Be sure to remove the toothpicks. Makes great finger food.
