Shouldn't be too difficult to measure it. Just get some bricks, cinder blocks, jack stands, etc to stack under the trailer tongue, get it level and grab a tape measure.
Im running a 9in lift on my 2500 and 37s and i have an 8in drop and find it a touch short at times, if i were you i'd look in to a 12in drop and that should put your trailer level.
But just a quick question, why would you tow with that much lift and tire? I sure hope your geared down!
