Did flyways switch or did the teals just never like my area?

 First off, I am In no way new to duck huntin, or any huntin for that matter...But...I've literally only ever seen 3 teal in y life, 2 Green wings and a Blue wing, BUT THIS YEAR! 3/4 of the duck I have in my ponds and bays I hunt are Greenwings!! I'm not gonna lie I've been on a teal quest since I started hunting 17 years ago and this year, I'm gonna get em!

So that leaves me with the question...Did they decide to switch to my flyway for some reason? Or did they just not feel the love in my area?

i dont know, but last year we probably had 500 teal land in the decoys throughout the hole season. got to the point that we quit shooting them. that being said, they are fun to shoot. kill the little buggers, they taste great

We shoot a lot of Teal down here Nebraska both Blue wing and Green wing fun to shoot and good to eat.I wounder if they moved north because it is so dry in the mid west states it is ugly here in Nebraska and it could be a ugly season were prying for a lot of rain enjoy like Rick said
