Teal hunting questions???

This imy first year hunting teal just wondering what I'm doing wrong I've had teal fly around me and just not come in I'm throwing out all mallards and teal which totals to about 18 dekes do I need more or idk I need less? And should I get a mojo everyone I've talked to a the ramp is using the mojo an killing em. But if anyone has any info please gimme some hints.

Look for the skinniest water you can access where there are still birds....skinny meaning shallow and not wide. A mojo is a good investment. If you have any local geese in your area, a few Canada floaters can be really helpful as well. You would be surprised how often they will sit with the Cans over your mojo or teal decoys....

X2... And be sure to be exactly where they want to be... I've hunted a big slough with another group of hunters set up on the other side of it from us and I was set up where I had seen the birds feeding during scouting and they weren't... We limited in 10 min and they never fired a shot... Location is very critical.. Get that right and dekes almost don't matter... Almost..

Next to knowing exactly where the teal want to be and setting up right there, using a spinner is the most important thing a teal hunter can do to up his odds.

Thank yall for the tips, me an my.buddy went out and bought two mojos and we had pretty decent luck killed 3 a lot better than last weekend! Thanks again yall!!
