I would be more interested in buying the components from you and then being able to assemble them myself. This possible?

Everything you need cept the weights, get those in bulk off ebay. I found a guy on my local craigslist who sells weights.

Love the prices on SNL's website, but shipping is ridiculous

$50.60 for enough lines and crimps to do 400 decoys, assuming 48" of line per decoy. Add $17.14 for shipping for a total of $67.74. Divide out by 400 decoys, $0.17 per decoy. You can get the sinkers for $1.00 each on ebay with free shipping. That's $14.04 a dozen.

Just find some guys who need to do their decoys and split the line and crimps.
