Keith Allen has a nice CD for duck calling. Best thing I have ever heard on it. Called "Instructional guide to calling ducks". Haven't found a DVD I like as much as that...

The refugeman CD is good
Carlson system is very good but extremely detailed.
RNT "the right stuff" CD's are good"
The two instructional DVDs on www.takeem.com are also good
There are heaps of sound files and some basic buck gardner instructional stuff for free on http://www.callingducks.com

One thing I did not mention because I have no personal experience with them, but RNT has some out that I have heard a lot of good about.

Bernie's vids are pretty decent as well..but Allen's CD and Stahl's Honker Talk are the best for duck and goose calling, IMHO.
