So does the lares line of calls work good if you use voice? All of my other calls are fine with voice so it would be tough to invest in one if i have to change
    Remington 870 Express 20 Gauge=$400
    Duck calls=$120
    Waders=$100
    Shells=$15
    Grand Total= 1,000,000,000 DEAD DUCKS

I have found from personal experience you can use a minimal amount of voice. One thing to note is that you will not change the pitch of the sound through grunting or voice, but through air presentation.

Hope this helps

I think he's talking about the second group of three, the one in the middle. My guess anyway. All are really nice though.

Gotcha...I agree, I love the look of wood and clear. I have a T-1 with an Olivewood barrel and clear insert.

Hey Full Force, what is the sleeved wood call on the left? I like that grain and darkness of that wood.

That's what I was thinking, but I've never seen cocobola with grain quite like that. It's a beauty.

It a sweet call and sleeved as well. I traded it from a guy I know. It's been hunted but not banged up too bad.

I just bought a T1 reg bore. Which call would be best to hang with it on the string...T1 small bore or a Hybrid?

A T1 small bore but only because of the tonal difference. I suspect you will find the reg bore T1 will do just about everything you ask of it short of a mainstreet ring and that includes getting whisper quiet.

A true comp ring like you would get out of an MVP or a Boss? I would like to hear it.

If you want versatility, get a hybrid with a small bore. Then you can swap inserts since they are interchangeable.

When I talked to Joe about the small bore he argued that you can get the same range out of any reg bore, just with different hand positions(cover the bore slightly, etc). I would say that you just master the t-1 and you are sure to be slayin' em

I stand corrected......it is possible to ring a T1. However, getting a consistent ring from it, may be difficult.

Does anyone know if joe can engrave on the barrel of the call or will engrave say like initials.

Just wondering,
