I have never seen ANY Lares with engraving but the best thing to do would be to call him. The worst he can say is "no"

Id have to agree the small bore is a waste. You can make a loud call quiet but you cant make a quiet call loud. But everyone has their preferences. Get what you like and that's all that matters. My favorite is the hybrid. T1 is more forgiving but the Hybrid is much more versatile.
No contest ring. No gimmicks. No compromising. It’s just pure, raw, balls-to-the-wall, don’t tell your mother, most powerful, non-nuclear duck calling machine on the planet. This call may not be for everyone. But if you can drive it, Game over......

Bishop, please explain how the hybrid is "much more versatile".

I agree with bishop on the calls. Ive had them all except the A5 which I hear is the loudest. Him saying the hybrid is the most versitile is correct for me also. Get loud as I want, and can get down with the best of them

^^^ to those saying the hybrid is more versatile vs the t-1.

Are we speaking in terms that the T-1 is a small bore or the same exact insert as the hybrid, which it can be ordered that way.

I have each, and I will agree that there is zero difference let alone say one is more versatile when they both have the regular bore insert. This is just what I think and feel with how a run a call, I cant honestly give one the edge over the other when they are both a regular bore. I would agree the hybrid is more versatile than the t-1 when the t-1 has the small bore insert in it.
My waste of change, take it as you would like.

This can be argued.

No chit, this is just his opinion not the opinion of everybody. Although I agree with him.

My opinion only the Hybrid is more versital. I have both the T-1 and hybrid on my lanyard with different reed sets. They sound different to me, they both are are great calls.
I knew this would happen.

I also had both of these calls and for me my hybrid took the cake. To my call style I find I can hit a wider range of notes with a slightly larger barrel especially in the mid range chatter. This will vary mostly with your call style/air presentation and reed size. My buddy found that he could get more out of the t-1. Here's the great thing... they are all good calls, just find what fits you best!
