they're illegal in idaho... which i think they should be everywhere (arent they already?)... pretty soon people will forget what it's like to actually 'hunt' for ducks... i personally suck at calling, but i dont think i'd ever use an electronic call even if they were legal

Can't use them in Oklahoma to hunt.

Pretty sure that they are illegal here in Michigan. Hopefully people have enough respect for our sport to not use them.

As far as I know Maryland is the only state that allows electronic calls during the regular season but I'm sure there are specifications on what species and so on.
As far as using them at all, they would work just like spinners. They would work like magic for a while but eventually the birds would learn. I know from using them on snows that they aren't a sure thing by any means.

electronic calls take away from one of the most enjoyable aspects of hunting. That would be actually calling.

electronic call =  Thumbs way down

They're illlegal...They violate Federal Law....Chapter 50CFR........electronic calls can't be used for migratory waterfowl. The only exception is during the spring conservation hunt for light geese....
