I have the spitfire acrylic and the honker hammer acrylic. I like both. For the money, they are good calls IMO.

For a mass production company call, they are fantastic!!! I also love how he doesn't feel the need to over inflate his prices either. My favorite bg call is his timber single reed. Great call. I called with an insert problem and got Mrs. Gardner on the phone herself. Shipped out a new insert that day. Great customer service.

My guess it has something to do with him trading all his Gardner calls for Zink or Foiles calls on the Classified Chat forum. The calls that he traded may have even been free....not what you would want in a pro staff member....just a guess.

For me, the original Buck Brush is the best all around hunting call Buck makes but try them all and make your own decision.

I have met Buck several times and talked with him quite abit. Great guy, especially when it comes to helping out kids. I have no affiliation with his company, I think I might only own one of his calls. But he like most companies, like to distance themselves from the stupidity of poachers and rule breakers. If you check out our man waterfwl07's post history, he rather likes floating the 4th. His posts are littered with this garbage. Also bad mouthing products is usually frowned upon as well. I think most of this is pretty evident on why he got isht canned. People like this give waterfowler's a bad name, not to mention pro staffers / Field staffers. Not all of us drink the kool aid so much that when you leave or are forced to leave, in some peoples cases  , that our only recourse is to bad mouth the company we at one time represented. I will never put my name behind a company that I dont fully support and I think with alot of guys you would see similar feelings, obviously this is not one of them.

That is where your gun will actually hold 4 shells, the old sbe and the extrema 1's as well as a couple others could do it. The shell basically rides on the carrier, this is obviously illegal.

Since this thread started out negatively...
I was a goose-hunting guide near Canton, Illinois and the owner of the club told me many times that....

He had more than $15,000 dollars invested in decoys and I had a goose call that costs a very small fraction of that. I use an Olt A-50 which is the call to have for the GIANT Canada geese in that area. period

He told me to call as little as I possibly could and he also said that customers expect some calling but for me not to take them too seriously and only call a little. I followed his advice and would call at bunches (flocks) of geese the size I was allowed to shoot at only. If they didn't turn they weren't going to and I'd stop calling if they didn't at least change direction or make some kind of signs like slowing their wing beats.

I did very well at guiding hunts and had some people believing I was pretty good at calling geese. You can't call em all and you have to know when to stop. The guy who started this thread knows nothing about hunting ducks probably.

My first goose call is a buck gardner canada hammer II and recently I bought a zink power clucker and I've always heard the zink power clucker talked up but I prefer my buck gardner's sound much better.
