RNT tune shop

Postby BonzaiDuck227 » Fri Jul 26, 2013 7:00 am

I have a DC Timber Hawg that I can't seem to get tuned up right, not sure if its a tone board issue or just me. I spoke with Erica via email and she told me to send it in for Butch to work on it for me. This is my first time doing this as I never had issues with any other RNT calls. Is it a quick turnaround once they receive it and does Butch personally work on them?

Butch told me to put a note in there for it to go to him when I sent my MVP in. I think it took about 2 weeks from the day I sent it to get it back.

Think he'd sign the insert if I asked?
