Restoring or refinishing an original finish on an RNT

Postby capthunterdude » Sat Sep 07, 2013 11:18 pm

Just curious if anyone here knows if RNT will refinish a call that I would like to have restored.

I picked up an older RNT Original that has been hunted pretty hard but is a great little call. I got a pretty good deal on the call and would like to add it to my wall of calls. The finish on the call is pretty beat up but the wood looks to be in near perfect shape. About 50% of the original finish is gone. I thought about completely removing the finish and sending it in to get redipped.

What do you guys think?

I'm not sure if RNT will refinish a call but check this thread out.

At the end of last season, I dropped of a mid 80's Coco Old Style and a early 90's acrylic Original, both well worn. A month later I got them back looking about brand new and tuned. All for $15. Great customer service.
