Molt Gear Q-Axe

Postby sandahl » Mon Sep 23, 2013 6:35 pm

Just curious if anyone has run this call yet since I saw Mack's has them available? Thoughts and opinions of the call in general? Also kind of hoping for a picture or a description of the "Slough" guts in the call. Thanks

All reports I've read, the slough guts are real similar to the way Lares duck calls guts are.
Last I had heard they were not quite available yet, could be wrong though.

I just selected a color on the website and then the out of stock shows up. Thank you, I'll still be curious once it does become available though.

Shouldn't they be available if they are in the Mack's and Final Flight catalogs?

Ben,one would think that, but I seen it many times on calls and other hunting related equipment (Avery ) ,release dates get set, productions is delayed and next thing you know 6-8 months has past and no news is given to the public.

The sound has a lot to do with who is running that particular call. Joe did not design these calls and Scott is having these calls turned local to him and tuning is done in house. They are shipping now.
