Assuming you mean "hard rubber" since the D2 was never made of bakelite, you can buy them on "the auction site" for around $80 if you are patient. Ask questions as to whether it has been modified, and you want to see the reed. A couple years ago, you could get all you wanted on "the auction site" for $40 shipped, then the craze hit.

Never once seen a KM mod Olt keyhole sell for anywhere near $40 .
KM cuts cost a lot ..............why because KM set a high price on them when he started selling them in the 80's.
If you find one for under $100 you'll be lucky.
