Betts Calls

Postby Greenhead Rocker » Sat Jan 25, 2014 9:17 pm

What's the good word on Betts Calls...specifically the Hybrid?? Never laid hands on any Betts call but am interested in trying them out. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I've had a Coco and hedge Hybrid for some time now.Excellent calls IMHO
The Treehugger is another underestimated call out of Wayne's line up.

Wayne makes some fantastic calls. Highly recommend them.

I've been using a coco treehugger double reed that I ordered at the start of the season. I've been pleasantly surprised at how well it sounds in the field and the volume that I can get out of it. Very impressed by the treehugger.

Thanks guys. How are they about being sticky? Not a major concern for me, but just wondering.

I've ran the Hybrid and the Open Water never had problems with sticking.

Lets see a pic of them calls

Hybrid is a great call. Less hold than say an XLT or SB. Still plenty versatile. I like that you can put a good amount of air into the Betts calls. Guess I'm a blowhard :lol3: Never had a sticking issue. Get a wood one and if you don't like it I'll buy it off ya
