Value of Misprinted Duck Call?

Postby Lastpass » Tue Jan 28, 2014 5:13 pm

I got an RNT Daisy Slayer the other day and noticed that the RNT logo is double stamped and the logos overlap each other on the front of the call. The call normally only has one logo on the front.

I was told by a friend that sometimes these "misprinted calls" are looked at as a one of a kind call and are actually more valuable than if it was in its original condition.

Can I get some insight on this information from some of you? I can send pics if you'd like to see what I'm talking about.

Thanks in advance to all who can inform me on this.

Call is 10/10 brand new by the way.

RNT does custom engraving for a minimal charge so I can't imagine it would add any value and would actually make it less valuable IMO if the engraving is incorrect.

Id say Steve is right. To me its another f up that slipped through RNTs great inspectors. Ill just say theres a lot of foreigners working there  Quality is going down hill with them.
No contest ring. No gimmicks. No compromising. It’s just pure, raw, balls-to-the-wall, don’t tell your mother, most powerful, non-nuclear duck calling machine on the planet. This call may not be for everyone. But if you can drive it, Game over......
