I'm not the best at it, but I'm getting better. I say guh-guh or goo-goo or cuh-cuh something like that. It's one of the harder things for me to do and run it together, but with a lot of practice I'm getting better at it.

shook.

don't try to do it fast at first, just nice and slow, and then speed will come.

All good advice. :withstupid:
Try tat tat tat as well..... some people find that easier to gate with the front of the tongue. I think I get a throatier ducky sound from using the rear of my tongue like kak kak kak. That is not to say either way is wrong you could also try the tak tak or cat cat that would use both the front and the rear of the tongue to gate open and close each note. Pick what is easiest for you and work with that.

I like the start slow thing ace brought up. blow one note then another as you work at it just speed the thing up a little then a little more you get the picture

I droped the ball on your file  I will send it to you tomorrow. I will start out blowing one note then I will blow slow then speed it up to what I percieve as "natural" cadence.
I had to take a little break from calling I was experiencing some major burn out. My weekend of dove hunting has got me ready to get back at it.
