Lanyard Pictures

Postby torrey » Wed Jan 14, 2009 11:04 am

Looked for a thread of lanyard pictures but could not find one. Thought I'd start a thread where people could show off their lanyards.

Hope people feel like showing off!

Starting to get my Lanyard ready for next year. So far I have 2 calls from Jake at Fowlweather Custom Calls (FWCC) out of Idaho. The Yellow/Black-Duck and the Green/Yellow-Goose. Then the white one is a second goose call made by a local guy here in Reno NV.

Is this jake at Fowl Weather custom calls? Hell yes I almost bought an old Squall. But was waiting to see if you could hook a buddy up with jig at my friends school.

Thanks , it is a beautiful call. The call is a custom made "Earthquake Lake" call from Jackson, TN. I believe the driving force behind the calls is a gentleman named Edward Engles

yep those are my lanyards.... I'm a little lost on the Jig  I talked with a teacher from E.Oregon about tuning and what not but I don't build Jigs... I have a bud that makes Jigs and was a big part in setting me up with my toneboard jig... he sells a few on ebay and what not... and that is how the Teacher got ahold of me... I tried to help the best I could over the phone and hope the kids are getting some calls made... the guy I talked too has family around my area and said he wanted too hook up with me somtime this summer to see the shop and talk more about call making.. I really injoy teaching guys to build calls... got to guys right now that are over at my house that have been spining up some great stuff...

Jake

P.S. David I need to chat with ya brother... get some feed back on those yotie calls...just been a little nuts around here... but I don't see things slowing down...

thanks for the kind word guys on my calls... I'm just a little guy in this big call making POND... :hammer:

My predator call lanyard.

Jake, I took your new predator call out yesterday. We got skunked, we did 3 stands. I do like the sound of your call however.
