Hello, just got my new stoeger and already messed up trying to assemble it. What happened was the action bar is stuck behind the breech bolt latch and the bolt isn't on the bars, Do you think I should try to take out the trigger group hole, or would it be stuck because of the action bar and if you have any other suggestions it would be helpful.

start from scratch, Take it all back apart and try again, The manual tells you step by step how to assemble it.
