Benelli Legacy synthetic stocks

Postby Quackerbarrel » Sat Feb 22, 2014 9:28 pm

I have been googling replacement stocks for my Benelli Legacy with the only results being walnut stocks like the one I have that is cracked. I am looking for black synthetic furnature instead and stumbled accrosed a site that said the benelli M2 buttstock is the same as the Legacy, does anyone know if that is correct? I know the forends arena bit different but if there both for a 12 guage I don't see why it wouldn't work without a little work.
Anyone have any insite on this or have swapped stocks on a Legacy?
Thanks

Call benelli and ask them, i would guess that the legacy wasn't made for a stock w/ the comfort tech.

I don't need the comfort tech, just want syththetic and be able to ditch the cracked buttstock.

Are you being serious? I didn't know they had a twitter, I'm not up to speed on social media. If it's possible to get an answer I would appreciate it.
Thanks

I appreciate it a lot, I could always just replace the buttstock with another wood one but this guns way to fancy for me. Was possibly going to trade it for a Vinci this spring but I am still not 100% sure on that. I can see the buttstock being able to interchange with other models but the forend might be the issue, especially since the legacy only came with wood furnature.

No luck! I'm actually surprised that they haven't responded. Usually they get on it, one sec I'll call them

They told me that a newer style legacy will accept any stock from a sporting model like the super sport or the cordoba

No biggie, I appreciate your help. Did you just call there main number? I can always call. I can't really call
Many places during the week cause I work nights when most places throughout the country are closed, even with the time difference I get screwed. I think if the black supersport stock and forend fit my legacy I'm going to get them. Should be pretty cool looking and I won't have to deal with this cracked stock any longer.
