Nova Recoil

Postby GMC2500HD » Mon Apr 14, 2014 3:42 pm

Whats the best way to reduce the felt recoil on my Benelli 12 gauge Nova Pump? At this moment in time i am not even a fan of shooting more than like 4 rounds of skeet with it, thing makes my shoulder raw. Gun is completely stock, haven't done anything to it as of now.

Sell it and buy a gas auto, and I'm not kidding.

Bought the limbsaver 10401 pad. I'm not selling it, I like how it shoulders, I like the pump and really the one thing that I hate is just the stock recoil pad

Do this and add limbsaver recoil pad. I shoot 3.5 mag. Turkey loads never bothers me. But I only shoot two shots a year.

Just put the limbsaver on, but haven't fired it yet so I don't really know the difference. But it seems way better than the stock pad which was pretty useless

You can also buy the mercury rod for the stock. My uncle has it and swears by it.
