Several years ago I had issue with my Benelli Nova and contacted Benelli through email and was instructed how to send the firearm to the service center in MD... It was a fairly easy process with a little extra for the insurance, I was able to track the receipt of the Nova online and they informed me by email when they sent the shotgun back... With the gun, they enclosed a form that they checked while they inspected the gun... I had to send a letter explaining the problem with the Nova...

To make a long story short, it was a little over a month from sending it to getting it back...
