Yea, about once a month
Soak it over night in breakfree or pb blaster then try it. If still stuck stick the end in boiling water for a few Min and then try it again. if still no good, Use a block of wood and a hard faced (plastic non maring) hammer. with the choke end on the block you can hit it with the hammer as your turning the barrel all the way around the choke area several times to break it loose. you can hit it pretty good without damage but be careful of the rib. If it is camo I place a wash cloth (1 layer) over the barrel as I work it.
If this still does not work you now have a fixed choke barrel
