SPR 310 light primer strike

Postby MOSSBERG935 » Mon Dec 08, 2008 8:22 pm

i have had two light primer strikes when shooting remington HD #4 3'' shells. the light strike is only on the bottom barrel (first shot) the firing pin dents the primer, but doesn't fire it.

i think i had one or two when shooting clays....

i put a dime in the barrel to test the firing pin. the bottom barrel sends the dime about 1/2 up the barrel. the top firing pin almost knocks the dime out of the barrel.
has any one experienced this?
