I bet it will not be that bad, the liberal media will drop it quickly because he was a Muslim. I know they JUST caught the second guy and I bet it turns out that he was a convert also. Also they were not using AR's, so they cannot use the phrase machine gun.

I'm sure you would consider me a liberal and yesterday i watched MSNBC...a network you would consider liberal i'm sure. They were all about covering the shootings, were very upfront about him being muslim and his internet postings regarding suicide bombers.

I have never seen anyone on MSNBC talk about gun control.

What I try to argue is that you and people like you are far to the right of the political leadership on the Democratic side. Average ordinary Democrats, even fairly liberal Democrats are politically far to the right of Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama, George Soros, ACORN, ACLU, and all of that. MSNBC is liberal, and in some cases very liberal, but not overwhelmingly left wing radicals.

It will be your political leadership that calls for gun control because they figure that it is a good time to take political advantage to push an agenda that is not supported even by a majority of their own voters, let alone all Americans. So I am sure you will not hear it on MSNBC, except maybe a goofy guest, but I guarantee the leadership is discussing whether or not now is the time. They will be torn between Nancy Pelosi's position that it's not the right time and Rahm Emmanual's position that you don't let a good crisis go to waste.

Granted a lot of my fellow conservatives lump you all together, but that is simply incorrect. It is a very important distinction. The Democrat leadership today are not your father's or grandfather's Democrats. Obama is not JFK or FDR or even LBJ. He's even way to the left of JEC. However, I absolutely agree that people that you define as liberal love America. Anybody that would consider being a cop loves America. Obama and the leftist leadership on the Democrat side would never consider joining the military or the police force and would consider themselves a failure if their children did. You really are a lot closer to me than you are the leadership of your party and they know that, but they simply think you are a fool for considering joining the police force, so that is why they can lie to you for your own good. Haven't you figured out that they must be lying to you if it takes 1,900 pages of new law to reform health care in the way they claim they want to?

I don't think you are a closet Republican, but you guys have got to start electing traditional Democrats like JFK and FDR and not leftist like BHO. Nancy Pelosi makes Tip O'neil look like Rush Limbaugh.
