Finally- Voter ID Laws!

Postby assateague » Mon Jul 01, 2013 8:09 am

As President Obama and his family continue their tour of Africa, the White House put out a Fact Sheet entitled "U.S. Support for Strengthening Democratic Institutions, Rule of Law, and Human Rights in Sub-Saharan Africa." One of the first items highlighted by the White House is a $53 million program in Kenya that helps young people "obtain National identification cards, a prerequisite to voter registration."

You smell that? Smells like hypocrisy. So here, we have our DOJ going after states who wish to implement voter ID laws. People scream "DISENFRANCHISEMENT!DISENFRANCHISEMENT!". Shouts of "RACISM!" speed toward the heavens.

But in another country, it's "good". Matter of fact, it's such a good idea, that we're going to give them $53 MILLION dollars to help implement a program. The very same type of program which is being taken to court by Eric Holder here in the states. What a bunch of disingenuous, intellectually dishonest s**tbags. Why not "explain" to them how voter ID is a bad, racist idea, leading to disenfranchisement, and that these hurdles should be removed. Idiots.

Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Let a man vote to give himself a fish and he eats until society collapses.

Do you actually expect intellectual honesty from the singularly most corrupt, least transparent, and dishonest president in American history?
