My great Aunt Gladys mighta had the same take (except there were no Mojos in her day) And she'd NEVER in a million years have voted for Obama

Sad to say, most voters are no longer informed.
Could ya imagine taking a phone call like that to a GW hotline

A local DEEP officer received a call one morning 2 seasons ago from a concerned woman living on the beach. She said every morning there's a man walking up the boat ramp, with a bag of 12 ducks, she looked up the regs and saw it was 6 a day, she did her civic duty by turning in a guy with 2x the daily limit of decoys lol

Not just voters. It's pundits, journalists, politicians, the entire freaking country is anti-information in the information age. Strict reliance to the truth is no longer the definition of honesty.

http://newsbusters.org/blogs/noel-sheppard/2013/10/29/msnbcs-ronan-farrow-clintons-represent-style-honesty-public-craves-ri#ixzz2j9IRkgoo

Referring to the Clintons.
They're nimble politicians. Also I think that they represent a style of honesty that the public craves right now.

Sadly I think he is true. Their style of "honesty" is clearly what the voters crave, especially the Democrat voters. They want a better liar than Obama. They want a man that can lie to your face and you want to believe him. I knew a guy in college that should have went into politics. He could lie straight to you. You could know 100% that he was lying, but damned if you didn't just want to believe him. He got a job selling carpet cleanings via cold calls. In a couple months he was promoted. He was much like Clinton. Scary smart and scary stupid at the same time. That's the honesty that way too much of the public seems to crave.
A politician thinks of the next election; a statesman of the next generation. A politician looks for the success of his party; a statesman for that of the country. The statesman wished to steer, while the politician was satisfied to drift.

You'd think the ducks would fly away after the hunter throws them from a bag into the water.

Ohio, you seem to know most from what I'm reading. Does duck tape work for all ducks? Or would I have to use something like wood glue for wood ducks, now I'm not stupid, I know I'd have to use a wood stake?
