I hate poaching, but even a poacher has constitutional rights, including against self incrimination. It is and should always be up to the state to gather sufficient evidence for prosecution and conviction.

I am wondering what other things the hunter was cited for. His kids got nailed one way or another. They were caught with the poached deer in hand by the officer.
