The Other NFL Draft Story

Postby nitram » Tue May 13, 2014 8:36 pm

Did you see the big news about the NFL Draft? The Philadelphia Eagles signed West Point graduate and former Capt. Alejandro Villanueva, who served three deployments as an Army Ranger in Afghanistan. You mean you didn’t know that? What NFL draft story dominated your attention? Makes you wonder if the president called him with congratulations.
Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair or f-ing beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.- Al Swearengen

Now Oprah is doing a documentary on the most important 7th round draft pick ever. But, not one word about Capt. Alejandro Villanueva. I'm glad someone brought this up. My guess the pres. got Mr. Sams number on speed dial.

Sam is a Ram, but should have been a Packer, especially considering the fan base.
