"I've been so focused on state government, I haven't really focused much on the war in Iraq."

–Sarah Palin, interview with Alaska Business Monthly, March 2007.

Figured if we are gonna fill up the honey hole with crappy political posts they should be short and to the point.
"Go afield with a good attitude, with respect for the wildlife you hunt and for the forest and fields in which you walk. Immerse yourself in the outdoor experience. It will cleanse your soul and make you a better person." -Fred Bear

this is the wrong forum... but she's still a dope.

last week's Saturday Night Live spoof on the Katy Couric interview used Palin's exact words! They didn't have to write it... the actual words she used were better than what they might have scripted... they just repeated her ramblilng, shallow drivel.

Wonder if she'll pull out so McCain can re-select. But then who would he pick?

Yep, she is a dope and Obama is er, uh, well, er, uh 57 states, er, breathalyzer, er, uh, surge isn’t working, er, uh, well, my Muslim faith, er, uh…what we need to do is look to the future because the past is behind us and the future is in front of us.

Obama is brilliant.

Good thing the teleprompter showed up.

this should be the link to the side by side comparison of Sarah palin's words and Tina Fey's impersonation on the most recent SNL parody.

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3032553/#scroll_video

I guess I was wrong... the above link takes you to MSNBC but then you have to click on videos button (on the banner att the top) and then scroll down to the second Tina Fey pic in the pink dress, where it says " Is SNL making a joke of McCain/palin

WARNING! This goes to MSNBC and Keith Olberman's show. The interview that shows the side/side is pretty fair to Palin on the whole.
