Another option, if you have land to train (because this involves a legit firearm) is the Shotgun insert.

FWIW - the $60.00 guns work but they don't last for years. If you're really going to use one often over many years...it is cheaper, and less aggravating to spend to $200.00 if you can. One difference is the cheaper models allow the cylinder to free spin rather than lock. If you or a helper aren't paying attention you may pull the trigger on a previously shot load.
You probably saw this one at $205.00 but you'd never buy another.
The insert is still the cheapest if you have a single shot laying around.
