Quacknstack6 you can stop by my house if u are dropping bottles of bourbon off at peoples houses. you can come to GA and I will split the bottle with you and you would have a place to crash.

You will have a blast down there. Dave is a great guy and an awesome dog trainer, if I have any questions about what my pup is doing I can call him and get a for sure answer on what I need to do. Piece of advice though, watch out for the big yella dog he has. She may look nice and innocent but in reality she is a monster. It is always good to have good bourbon and great friends in one place.

Just a good solid 15 hour drive! Not much of a sacrafice for what you're picking up!
Let's see some pics and videos of her working for you when you get back!

Congrats! You're a new daddy!

Yep, sure did. Looks like alternative FF has worked? Let the T work begin?? Still no problem with birds, dokken, or canvas?

Yeah I was only gone two days. She is doing walking fetch now. I am amazed, what a turn around. 5 days ago she would go the other ay when I threw a white bumper. She always liked the DFT's if I threw them but wouldn't pick up if it was just laying on the ground but associated the white bumper with pressure I guess.

Did you hang around and work her a little? You back on the road or staying a day or two? Sorry about the weather (rain) but the cool spell is most welcomed! Good luck with Ms Moon.

Still in NC...Went to a training session with the local retriever club this morning. More individual drills this afternoon. Leaving in the morning. Great experience!

Weather is fine. A few drizzles but it beats 90.

Cruz is coming along.

Duckaholic is a great fit for Moon. He got to run her a few times today and they worked good together. She will do better for him when I'm not around. I feel real good with her going to La.

Moon has been a pleasure to work with so far...lots of drive and Labman63 obviously did a wonderful job in getting her ready for her first hunting season in Louisiana....If the Lord says the same I will take Moon back to NC in the spring for Dave to put the finishing touches on a great dog and to hopefully earn more honors...
