Scared dog

Postby flightstopper » Wed Oct 16, 2013 7:16 pm

Male lab 2 years no nuts, has developed an extreme fear of soft beeps... As of about two months ago if the tv makes the right tone of a beep he will hide/jump on couch without approval/shake/run into the other room. We had to turn off the beep on the oven since it would lead to the same result. He is becoming more and more sensitive to noises around the house. Gunfire, no problem. The wife and I are at a complete loss as to where to turn.

Do you by any chance use an invisible fence?
The lab and golden think: "My humans give me food, shelter and love; they must be gods."
The Chesapeake thinks: "My humans give me food, shelter and love; I must be a God."

Going to smash them all with a hammer now! :lol3: Sounds like a great idea to me, going to see if it affects him outside as well or just in the house.
