DoesDoes anybody know anybody of any people that train duck dogs around the western part of nc not to far from wilkes county nc at an affordable rate that is good. My wife bought me my first black lab and i thought about trying to train but read horror stories of people messing up training.

I will second Dave. I have seen his kennels, and hunted over dogs he has trained, don't think you'll be disappointed. I also have one Dave's pups from a litter in Feb 2012. Outstanding drive and trainability. At least worth a phone call.

Here are a couple pictures of Sambo, a dog Dave trained, these pictures are taken on a sea duck hunt Dave came up for. Sambo had never seen the ocean or my boat prior to the hunt, performed amazingly, a testament to Dave's training, shoot me a p.m. if you would like more info.

Here are a couple pictures of my pup from Dave. Again all big, cold water retrieves.

Austin, I replied to your email but didn't hear back, wanted to make sure you got it.
Thanks for the plugs guys. Troy, I had forgot what a good looking dog Sambo was. He was probably my favorite hunting dog.
