Hard to believe but this was taken in the 80's on the NC coast. Don't see much ice here on big water.

Few pics of some field work the other day. We also did some water work - 6 pretty good retrieves in the water. She turns 16 weeks this Saturday.

it was her first time swimming the big water and it was rough!!!
so better play it safe, rather than going for a swim after the dog.

she would go for 3 hrs straight and would still want to go!!! crazy dog !!!

she lost 3+ pounds in 5 days, swimming up north in the cold cold lake, but sleept like a baby at ight LOL

we also got her an sweet back pack, for hicking in Algonquin, so she can carry her own food and water ect.

I might use it, for when i'm hunting the thick weeds covered water??? but looking for any advice???

how do they swim thru the thick weed mat's???

she helped me roll in this bow in march, when we had the big warm spell in Ontario, in Toronto

and kept the 100's of other fisherman away and casting in the small small poll they were all in

got 4 sweet one's in 2 hrs, in the middle of the afternoon

i'm 6'7" tall and weight 300lbs, so the bow was about 14lbs+/-

This is Camo. 3 yr old chocolate. He's my child's autism service dog, and gets to hunt on his time off.

Thanks! He's our spoiled boy. Trained him from a pup. A lot of these dogs will probably run circles around him in the field, but he gets them when you shoot them and brings them back. Can't ask for much more.

That first pic of your kid and that dog is probably the best picture I have ever seen - Hands down. That is enough to warm anyone's heart. Thanks for sharing
