Well I think she can handle the cold!

Penny's coming along well. I have her heeling correctly (sitting when I stop and changing direction along with me). She is steady when I throw the bumper and she goes absolutely nut for pheasant wings and the frozen woodie drake I have in the freezer. A bit soon to tell, but I think she's going to make a solid hunting companion.

Gunner was frozen but still focused on the sky waiting for the next retrieve.

Battered and bleeding from the harsh cold and wind at 18 months old. His nose split open from the 7 degree temp and -13 wind chill but willing to bust the water wide open time and time again for another green head. Its amazing how much heart and desire our dogs carry with them to the duck blind.
