You guys have some nice ones. I made mine all out of the OD green since I had a big roll of it I had to use for whenever I need a small rope. FYI it makes for a great pull start replacement rope. Seems like I have a pull start rope break on something quiet often with all the old small engines I have on stuff. But I just used a regular braid to make mine and it may not look as cool as some of the fancy braids but it didn't take long to make. It has been working for me the past two years. I even made a game carrier using some 550 cord. Handy for when you walk in with a few people, and your hands were full going in let alone when you come out with a few ducks apiece and no where to put them. I always keep a roll of it handy at home, in the boat, and the truck. You can get it in bulk rolls on ranger joes for cheap it's some handy stuff. Right up there with zipties, duck tape, and bailing wire.
Red neck engineering- If ya can't fix it with duck tape, bailing wire, zip ties, and JB weld well than it can't be fixed.
If it moves and it aint suppose to duck tape it. If doesn't move and its suppose to put WD-40 on it.
