I want a home built gas operated 12 ga. semi auto with fine walnut furniture on it. Anyone have any DIY tips?
My lab died, and no one on Duckhuntingchat even cared.

Well, Botiz is more concerned with L&L's underwear situation than modding.

Na, why would he do that... He's got it cushy, no work but all the perks.

I was thinking the opposite. This has the potential to be the best build thread on this site.

your piece at home, and check that the action is empty on your semi-auto. ... Trying to figure out if I want to doll it up in any particular way. ... 12ga loaded with bird shot in case. ..... And Good Morning to you admirers of fine furniture.

Ask if you can job shadow at Remington,"borrow" the parts and assemble as you were shown. I would suggest a inner room in your bunker. Try to get in the custom shop they've got the good stuff.

steel lath for the barrel, buy an old gun for the reciever and working parts, and get a CNC and CADD software to machine out a block of walnut for your stock and foregrip. I hope you got some spare change laying around the house mah dude. Cause thats what its going to take if you want a DIY " homemade " gun
