GPS????

Postby duckinkrazy01 » Fri Nov 06, 2009 1:03 pm

Im looking for a good GPS with topo capabilities. I would prefer a color screen with backtracking. Im wanting to use it to find some hideaway honey holes.

Garman GPSMap 76CS(x) - waterproof and floats. This past spring, I got one at Amazon for 259 + shipping. Don't know what they are now, though in walk in stores, they're usually much, much higher.

Go with delorme. They have arial photos you can download like google earth and overlay them with the topo software. It is awesome.
