Postby ourtlc40 » Sun Nov 27, 2005 10:48 pm

Does anyone use a 12 volt headlamp when they are driving their boat to the hunting site?
What did it cost and where did you get it??

I use a battery powered 2 million candle power spotlight. You can usually find them for about 20 bucks. I also mounted a couple of Blazer lights to the front of the boat. It is real stumpy where we hunt, so I don't think you can be to careful.

I've got a set of off-road fog lights on the front of my boat. They work well, but if you had your heart set on a big headlamp check out bill boatman at this link. www.billboatmancoinc.com They have the big lamps used for coon hunting.
