Max4 looks great in a beaver pond. Any camo that is half-way close to natural will work as long as you don't move and you make sure to keep your outline broken up. If you are moving around, shining skin or jewelry, or just sitting in the open it doesn't matter what pattern you wear. Woodsmanship will outshine technology anyday. :yes:

I like MOBU best, but I like Max-4 too.

It doesn't matter what camo you use. As long as you stick with the earth colors like green, brown, black, and when it snows white. The key factor is to stay still. Like I said in a previous post, you could use timber camo in a corn field and still get just as many ducks.


They're ducks not marine snipers.

max 4 is very good during late season hunts here in NV. It works early too, but it is kind of dark. Everything is still really green on November 1st. (one month after the opener). New shadow grass is good for early hunts. Most of my gear is MAX 4.
