Cold Weather Mitts

Postby barenn » Fri Jun 14, 2013 8:57 pm

Any recommendations for mitts, I am finding that the older I get the colder I am getting sitting in the blind. There are most likely some posts on here regarding mitts, couldn't find much. Any info would be appreciated as I am looking into mitts and not gloves.

Same problem here, and have found that the hand MUFFS that attach around your waist do a better job than the mitts. Seems that the two hands together in the muff keep each other warmer than seperate mittens. Especially good in a stationary blind. Added plus is that it's easier and quicker to get your hand out and on the gun. Some models have a place for a hand warmer.
