home made duck blind ideas

i am new at the sport and i was just wondering if annyone had any ideas they would share about building a duck blind. it doesn't matter which kind.

Elaborate a little more for us.. a fixed blind, portable, boat, etc. :thumbsup:

I knew a kid that made a small portable out of one of them softball pitch back thingys. He painted it up and weaved some grass through the mesh. Looked dang good...Light wieght and VERY portable. He would break it down and fit all in a folding chair bag, sling it over the shoulder and off he went. :cool: Y'all have a nice day! :cool:
