How many parts do you WANT to remove??

You can tear it down to any degree, depending on what you want to clean.
My SX3 comes apart and goes back together quite easily. It's not so much how many parts, but how difficult it is.

Well if I want to pull everything but recoil spring and mag spring?

Reason I ask is I have a couple berretta 390s. They aren't really that hard to tear down however they have 2 things that I don't like.

1) being gas they get extremely dirty pretty quickly. Just the nature of the beast.

2) you have to fiddle with the bolt and trigger guard to get it to line up right. Bit of a pain.

I have fears that the sx3 is similar in both aspects. I also worry about how hard it is to realign the bolt and trigger guard as the whole top of the receiver doesn't come off like the sbes do.

Thank you! The SX3's are an amazing shotgun! Wish there was a different kind of green in that picture lol! Although we definitely had fun shooting!

Do the new ones that Mack's is selling have the Nickel Bolt and Dura- touch finish, or is it the "cheapened" version of the SX3 that they started making a few years back? Just curious.
